CRDA Commissioner authorised to approve L1 bids for 22 works in Amaravati costing ₹22,608 crore

VIJAYAWADA

The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued an order on Wednesday authorising the Commissioner of the Capital Region Development Authority (AP CRDA) to approve L1 bids for 22 works in Amaravati costing about ₹22,608 crore.

Resolutions accepting the lowest bids for those works were passed by the CRDA in its meeting on March 11, as per the G.O. (RT No. 201) issued by Principal Secretary (Municipal Administration & Urban Development) S. Suresh Kumar.

Works and bidders

The works and the L1 bidders (in brackets) were: completion of balance works of MLCs, MLAs and All India Services Officers’ quarters (NCC Limited – NCL); balance works of design and construction of 71 bungalows for Ministers and judges (BSR Infratech India Limited); completion of balance works of design and construction of bungalows for Principal Secretaries and Secretaries (KMV Projects Limited); Happy Nest (NCL); and construction of infrastructure in LPS layout at Nekkallu in Zone-1A (BSR Infratech Limited).
