Payment for tickets through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) was introduced in Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) buses plying in Hyderabad limits and high-end buses, a few days ago. A ticket will be generated upon the payment. Commuters can continue to pay through cash too.
Currently, the option is available in the 2800 buses plying in the city limits, and around 1800 high-end buses including Rajadhani AC, Lahari, Super Luxury, Deluxe.
