Mysuru MP urges Gadkari to take steps on Madikeri-Panathur road works

MP for Mysuru Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar has urged Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari to take immediate action on pending road construction work from Madikeri to Panathur (Kerala border).

In a letter to the Minister, Mr. Yaduveer said that the residents from Kundacheri, Bhagamandala hobli, and Madikeri districts met him with regard to the issue.

The residents told him that a survey for the road construction had already been completed. Yet, the actual construction work has not commenced. The delay is causing significant inconvenience to the people in the region, affecting their connectivity, trade, and overall development, Mr. Yaduveer stated.

Given the importance of this road for local commuters and inter-State travel, Mr. Yaduveer urged Mr. Gadkari to direct the authorities concerned to expedite the construction process and ensure its early completion.

In his letter to the Union Minister, Mr. Yaduveer stated, “Your intervention in this matter will greatly benefit the residents of the region and contribute to improved infrastructure and connectivity.”
